Through mindful yoga, enriching workshops, and rejuvenating retreats, we create space to reconnect body and breath, rediscover passions, and chart a vibrant path forward.

About Us

At Second Act, we believe it's never too late to begin again — with strength, purpose, and joy. Founded by Beth Meyer, a dedicated yoga instructor and long-time student whose journey began in her 20s, Second Act emerged from a deeply personal evolution.

 

After spending 30 years in the corporate world — navigating the demands of high-pressure roles while striving to create meaningful impact — Beth turned to yoga to find balance, clarity, and renewal. Second Act was born from the transformative power of yoga and a deep desire to guide women into a vibrant new chapter of life.


With a focus on strength, flexibility, and balance — both on and off the mat — Second Act is a supportive, inclusive community where women can rediscover passions, embrace their inner strength, and step confidently into their “second act.”

Beth’s classes have been a total game-changer for me. I’ve been practicing yoga for over 10 years, but something about the way she teaches just clicks. Her calm voice, the music, the gentle adjustments—everything helps me actually slow down and be present, which is not easy for me.
